A few weeks ago, I had a client who was telling me everything was backed up on tapes; not even close. Turns out the tapes were never tested and they simply didn’t work. I repeatedly told them that their insurance did not cover the first two days of an interruption, that’s typical.  I begged them to get Bcplan’s NAS.

$4,000 later and two weeks after the incident; nothing was happening with the tapes. A complete loss. We got all the things we could get from the; and the business had to start with nothing. Invoicing, Accounting all lost.

My other clients have used it, love it; but this one just refused for no reason… and that was a huge mistake.
